Support Services
Support is available during normal business
hours to customers who are current on annual maintenance.
During business hours, customers can expect
the highest level of support that Premier provides. We will use our best
efforts to provide superior customer support and resolve problems. This
includes the likelihood of immediate access to a member of the customer
support group and a reasonable chance of having problems identified and
resolved on the spot.
In the event a member of the support group is not immediately available,
our goal is to return customer calls within an hour of receiving the
call.
During business hours, support staff members
have ready access to customer records, problem logs, and development
staff to assist in problem resolution. If software fixes are needed,
they are usually sent via the internet and uploaded using customer
support software.
